How do I book a swimming trial or assessment at MXZZ?

What are the booking steps?

1. Send a short introduction: age range, water confidence, previous lessons and what your child would like to learn.
2. Ask for a suitable first session. Mention English teaching and your preferred dates, and request the duration and any fee.
3. Confirm the date, time, assigned coach, exact meeting point and cancellation terms with MXZZ.
4. Before travelling, confirm pool-entry instructions, the kit list and parent access. Keep the club’s reply available for your arrival.

What information should I include?

An age range is enough for an initial enquiry. Describe whether your child is new to water, has taken lessons, can swim lengths or already trains for races. Include the days you can attend and the language you prefer. You do not need to send a child’s identity documents to start this conversation.

Where will we go for the first visit?

The confirmed MXZZ address is Building 1, Lane 89 Yehui Road, Zhonghai Emerald Lake Phase II, Qingpu District, Shanghai. Confirm the entrance and meeting point before leaving; the competition pools shown in historical club photos are not directions to the current venue.

What is confirmed before we attend?

The exact assessment format, eligibility, session length, price and available times are confirmed individually by the club. This website has no live booking calendar and opening an email draft does not reserve a place.
